摘　　要："一二·一"运动是抗日战争胜利以后,中国人民的一次民主爱国运动,在这次运动中,人员死伤惨重。关于此次惨案责任追究,笔者认为李宗黄虽然获得国民党当局的认可与支持,但其才是此次惨案的直接制造者。惨案的发生,与李宗黄强硬的军人作风,急功近利的心态、在一二·一运动中激烈的行动关系甚大。而在去李宗黄斗争中,各方对李宗黄的处置产生了巨大的争议,但由于李宗黄始终受到蒋介石的保护,其虽被调离昆明,却没有受到行政处罚,最后反而得以升迁。＂Dec· 1st movement＂ was a democratic patriotic movement of the Chinese people after the victory of the Anti Japanese War. However, staff that were patriotic teachers and students suffered heavy casualties in this campaign.The massacre on accountability, I believe that although Li Zonghuang obtained the Kuomintang authorities＇ recognition and support, but he was a direct manufacturer tragedy. The tragedy tough military style, quick profit, occurred, it had a great relationship with Li Zonghuang＇s intense action in ＂Dec ·1st movement＂. In the struggle to Li Zonghuang, the parties to dispose of Li Zonghuang had a huge controversy, but Li Zonghuang was always protected ject to administrative by Chiang Kai-shek, though he was removed from Kunming, but not subpunishment, then Conversely was promoted.
