摘　　要：美国经典电影《飞越疯人院》的背景是精神病院,隐喻美国二十世纪五六十年代使人异化的工业社会及与之相抗衡的反文化运动。影片中的精神病院是美国压抑、异化的社会缩影,影片的男主角麦克墨菲,作为新生的反主流文化运动的代表,带领疯人院的病友与象征权威和制度的大护士拉齐德等展开了不懈的斗争,以期打破令人窒息、异化的制度。The classical American movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo＇s Nest is set in a mental institution and meta- phorizes the United States in 50s and 60s as an alienated industrial society swept over by a counterculture movement to contend with it is prevailing. The psychiatric hospital in the movie should be an epitome of the oppressive and al- ienated American society. Ranle McMurphy, the protagonist in the movie and the representative of the new Coun- terculture Movement, leads the asylum patients to launch an unremitting struggle against Nurse Ratched, who sym- bolizes the authorities and system, to smash the suffocating and alienating system .
