柔木丹颗粒治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柔木丹颗粒治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将67例乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为2组,治疗组37例应用柔木丹颗粒治疗,对照组30例采用大黄蛰虫丸治疗,3个月为1个疗程,总疗程为1年,观察2组肝功能指标、血清肝纤维化指标、APRI及门静脉和脾静脉宽度变化情况。结果疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为75.7%,对照组为66.7%,2组疗效相当(P>0.05);2组治疗后肝功能指标、APRI、血清肝纤维化指标以及症状评分均明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组症状评分(右胁部疼痛不适、肢体乏力、症状总积分)、APRI、HA改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论柔木丹颗粒治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化与大黄蛰虫丸疗效相当,值得临床推广。Objective It is to investigate the clinical curative effect of Roumudan granule in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods Sixty-seven patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, thirty-seven patients in the control group were treated with Daihuang Zhechong Pill, and thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with Roumudan granule, 3 months for a period of treatment, the total course for one year. The changes of liver biochemistry, serum liver fibrosis indexes, APRI and B - mode ultrasonic diagnostic equipment were observed in the two groups. Results Af- ter treatment, the total effective rate was 75.7% in the treatment group, and was 66.7% in the control group, the curative effects was similar in the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the liver function indeses, APRI, serum liver fibrosis inde- xes and symptom scores were significantly improved in the two groups （ all P 〈 0.5 ） , and the improvement of the symptom score （the pain and discomfort score in the right part, physical weakness score, and total symptom score） , APRI and HA in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （ all P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effects of Roumudan granule in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis is similar to Daihuang Zhechong Pill, and it is worthy of promotion.
