摘　　要：目的探讨去氨加压素联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿遗尿症的临床效果。方法将90例遗尿症患儿随机分为两组,各45例。对照组患儿采用去氨加压素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加服醒脾养儿颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组尿渗透压、ADH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论去氨加压素联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿遗尿症效果显著,能有效减少遗尿次数,改善患儿生活质量。Objective To study clinical effect of desmopressin combined with Xingpiyang＇er granule for treating children with nocturnal enuresis（NE）. Methods Ninty children with enuresis admitted into hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group（ n = 45 ）with desmopressin and observation group （n = 45 ） with desmopressin combined with Xingpiyang-r granule. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group, and after treatment, urine osmolality and ADH level of observation group were higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Desmopressin combined with Xingpiyang＇er granule has remarkable effects,which can effectively reduce enuresis time and improve sleep quality.
