遍山红总黄酮的含量测定

摘　　要：目的：建立遍山红中总黄酮含量的测定方法,为其研究开发提供科学依据.方法：总黄酮的含量采用紫外分光光度法进行测定,以杨梅苷为对照品,在最大吸收波长500 nm处测定吸光度.结果：遍山红总黄酮的线性范围为20～120μg（r=0.9997）,加样回收率为100.96%,RSD为2.29%;叶子的总黄酮含量略高于茎的总黄酮含量.结论：该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于遍山红药材的质量控制参考.Objective ： To establish the method for determining the content of total flavonoids of iculata and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant. Method： The total flavonoids are analyzed by spectrophotometry at the maximum absorption wavelength 500 nm with myricitrin as reference sub- stance. Result： The linear range of total flavonoids is 20 - 120 μg （r =0. 999 7）, and its average recovery is 100.96%, RSD = 2.29%. The content of total flavonoids in the extract from the lea -ves is higher than that of the aerial parts. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Oxyspora paniculata.
