摘  要:研究了以钢铁企业产生的大量Al2O3-Si C废砖破碎颗粒(加)为骨料,低水泥结合的废料基浇注料的基本物理性能、常规力学性能、高温热震稳定性等,并与矾土基浇注料进行对比分析。结果表明,在Al2O3-Si C废砖骨料加入量为35%时,浇注料的基本性能较普通三级矾土浇注料稍差,但其基本性能满足大量普通窑炉的基本要求,且其成本低,环境友好性好,因此可替代部分高铝砖及普通矾土浇注料,具有较高的经济价值与较好的社会价值。The paper studies the waste - based castable which is a combination of the low cement and Al2O3 - SiC aggregate produced in the steel enterprises, including its basic physical properties, conventional mechanical properties and high temperature thermal shock resistance, etc. Comparative analysis with the alumina- based castable is also done. The results show that when the Al2O3- SiC aggregate addition amount is 35%, the castable' s basic properties are weaker than the three - grade bauxite castable. The castable' s performance meets the basic requirements of the large number of ordinary thermal furnuces. It would be widely applied and can replace part of the alumina bricks and the ordinary bauxite castable as its low cost and is environment friendly. So the castable would produce high economic and society benefit.
