摘 要:为了降低NOx排放,船用柴油机需要匹配选择性催化还原(SCR)系统。市场现有的控制系统多针对车用柴油机,直接拿来使用灵活性不足。为了更好地对船用柴油机进行SCR系统匹配,采用飞思卡尔MC9S12XEP100单片机开发了一套SCR电控系统。完成了电源管理电路、A/D信号调理电路、通讯隔离电路等硬件电路设计,设计和完善软件控制程序,上位机显示界面可实时进行多参数数据显示。实机考核结果表明,开发的SCR电控系统可实现尿素喷射量的灵活控制、状态参数监测和故障自诊断等功能,控制性能良好,可用于研究制定船用柴油机尿素喷射控制策略。To reduce NOx emission, the marine diesel engine needs to match with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system. The control system available in the market is usually for vehicle diesel engines, which is lack of flexibility if it is directly used on the marine diesel engines. In order to efficiently match a SCR system with the marine diesel engine , we develop a SCR electrically con- trolled system basing on Freescale MC9S12XEP100. The hardware contains the power management circuits, the conditioning circuit of A/D signal and the communication isolation circuit. On this ba- sis, the control program has been improved and the parameters can achieve a real-time display on the screen of the upper computer. The result shows that the SCR electrically controlled system can flexibly adjust the injection quantity of Urea water, monitor the state parameters and diagnose faults of the system. With favorable control performance, the system may be used to study the control strat- egy of Urea water injection on marine diesel engines.
