摘 要:近年来,不断攀升的空调负荷成为第三产业和居民用电量增长、季节性峰谷差拉大的主因,将楼宇中央空调进行柔性调控纳入电网调峰体系,有利于改善电网负荷特性、促进电网安全稳定经济运行。首先,提出了楼宇空调负荷参与电网调峰的总体架构,设计了支撑参与电网调峰的楼宇典型系统改造及部署方案;其次,从中央空调系统本体出发梳理了中央空调柔性调控策略包,并对其调峰效果进行了量化分析;接着,建立了满足舒适度及调峰需求的中央空调柔性调控优化决策模型;最后,通过江苏省非工空调调控应用实证,验证了楼宇中央空调柔性调控优化策略的有效性。In recent years,increasingly tremendous air-conditioning load becomes the main reason why the power consumption of third industry and residen continuously grow,and the seasonal difference between peak and valley load extends. The flexible control of 'central air-conditioning of buildings can be regarded as one of the important peak load regulation accesses,which will improve the power system characteristics and promote it safer and more economic. Firstly,the overall architecture of central air-conditioning of buildings for peak load regulation is proposed,and the typical system reform and deployment are designed. Secondly,flexible control strategies package is constructed from the central air-conditioning itself,and the effect of peak load regulation is quantitatively analyzed. Then,the flexible and optimal decision-making models which satisfy the requirements of comfort degree and peak load regulation are established. At last,the effectiveness of the schemes and model are verified on the project of non-productive air-conditioning control in Jiangsu province.
