摘  要:本文通过两个上行制动试验的事例,分析采用永磁同步曳引机的电梯进行上行制动试验时,"封星"电路对试验的影响。由于"封星"电路的作用,缩短了电梯上行制动的距离,掩盖了曳引机制动力的下降的事实。此时进行上行制动试验,虽然曳引机能可靠制停空轿厢,但在电梯接近满载或略微超载时,仍存在电梯"溜梯"的风险。在电梯高速运行时断电,"封星"电路会对曳引机造成损害。Through two cases of ascending brake test, this article analyzes the effect of the "star circuit" on ascending brake test of the elevator using permanent magnet synchronous motor. Because of the "star circuit", it reduces stopping distance, and covers the insufficient of braking force in fact. At that time, although the elevator traction machine can brake empty car reliablely, but when the car is close to full loaded or slightly overloaded, the elevator might glide out. When the elevator runs at a high speed and the power shuts down, "star circuit" will damage elevator traction machine.
