摘  要:金刚石氮空位(nitrogen vacancy,NV)中心的天然能级系统可以在激光泵浦和微波辐射下进行初始化、量子操控和光学读取。实验中需外加特定激光泵浦和微波辐射来实现对NV色心自旋态的操控,并通过荧光数布居变化来表征自旋态。本文基于LabVIEW软件,设计开发了集群NV色心自旋态调控与读出软件系统。结果显示,本系统可以实现对激光和微波脉冲序列的精确编码,编码精度可达3ns,并初步得到了室温下集群NV色心的电子自旋共振谱线,为下一步集群NV色心自旋态调控研究的自动化、集成化奠定了基础。The natural-level system of the Nitrogen Vacancy(NV)centers in diamond can be initialized,manipulated and readout optically under the laser and microwave excitation.We usually manipulate the spins of the NV centers through appropriate laser and microwave pulse sequences,and the spin states of the NV centers can be characterized by the variation of the fluorescence number.We have developed a LabVIEW based on software to manipulate and readout the spins of the NV centers.The results show that this system has an advantage of precise coding over laser and microwave pulse sequence and the accuracy of pulse is 3ns.In addition,it has an ability of data acquisition and the electron spin resonance(ESR)of the high density of NVcenters has been observed in room temperature.In conclusion,this system is a basis of automation and integration of the spin manipulation for the high density of NV centers in diamond.
