摘 要:本文报道了一种可用于原子存储实验的窄带Fabry-Perot滤波器。该滤波器由一块两面镀高反射膜的标准具和控温系统组成,通过控制标准具温度来改变滤波器的共振透射频率。理论计算了标准具两个表面的不平行度对滤波器共振透射特性的影响,结果表明滤波器共振透射率随着不平行度的增大而减小,同时透射光强分布会出现形变。实验测得滤波器的自由光谱区1.85 GHz,透射带宽59 MHz,共振透射率29%,10小时内透射功率波动小于5%。This paper reports a narrow-band Fabry-Perot filter for quantum storage.The filter is composed of a etalon with two high-reflective coating and the temperature control system.By controlling the temperature of etalon,we can change the resonance transmission frequency of filter.The effect of nonparallel etalon surface for filter's resonant transmission feature is calculated theoretically.The result shows that the transmissivity of the filter decreases when increasing the lever of non-parallel surface.And the transmitting intensity distribution can be distorted.We experimentally measured that the free spectral region of filter is 1.85 GHz,the full width at half maximum is 59 MHz,the transmission rate of the filter achieve to 29%,the fluctuate of transmitted laser power is less than5% within 10 hours.
