我国竞技健美操裁判员选派指标体系的构建与实证研究

摘　　要：竞技健美操属于评分类体育项目,裁判员是项目比赛顺利进行的重要组成,其评分直接决定了运动员得分及名次,在项目的发展和竞赛环境中尤为重要,因此加强对裁判员的培养与管理,采用更加公正量化的方式选拔优秀裁判员,创造更加公平的裁判竞争机制是亟待解决的问题。本研究运用德尔菲法和模糊层次分析法等研究方法,构建我国竞技健美操裁判员选派指标体系并确立权重,在2014年全国健美操冠军赛中进行选派和执裁实践,为竞技健美操裁判员选派提供可操作性的指标体系和参考借鉴,同时也为裁判员监督管理工作提供理论依据和实践引导。结果表明,选派指标体系从不同视角全面反映我国竞技健美操裁判员选派过程,共包含3个一级指标、8个二级指标和24个三级指标,具有较好的结构效度,其中执裁水平在竞技健美操裁判员选派一级指标中所占权重最大,通过对裁判员进行实证综合评价,该指标体系能够为我国竞技健美操裁判员选派进行客观合理的综合评定。Aerobic gymnastics is a grading sports item; judge is an important component of competition,and plays an important role of event development and competition environment,their grading directly determines the scores and ranking of athletes. So strengthening the management and training of judges,using a more just quantitative way to select judges and creating a more fair competition mechanism for judges must be solved imperatively. This study established the index system of Chinese aerobic gymnastics judges selection and identified indexes weights by Delphi method and fuzzy mathematics,used this system in 2014 National Aerobic Gymnastics Championship,and hoped to provide operability index system and reference for aerobic gymnastics judges selection and provide theoretical and practical guide for supervision and administration work of judges. The results showed that this index system reflects different perspectives of Chinese aerobic gymnastics judge selection,includes 3 first class indexes,8 second class indexes and 24 third class indexes,and it has good reliability,the weight of judge level in first class indexes is maximum. This index system can evaluate Chinese aerobic gymnastics judge selection reasonably and objectively through empirical research.
