摘　　要：绍兴专业市场起步早、发展快,已经成为绍兴经济的特色。基于绍兴专业市场现状与特征,分析新的经济环境下专业市场面临的困境,提出市场转型升级策略。As an important means of Shaoxing＇s economic reform,specialized markets which emerge early and develop quickly have become a characteristic of Shaoxing economy. Based on the present situation and the characteristics of Shaoxing＇s specialized markets,the paper analyzes the dilemma with which the specialized markets in Shaoxing are confronted under the new economic climate,and puts forward the strategies for the transformation and upgrading of the related specialized markets in Shaoxing.
