高尿酸血症与老年2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变与高尿酸血症的关系。方法搜集102例老年2型糖尿病患者资料,根据其血尿酸水平分为高尿酸组及正常尿酸组,探究血尿酸与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。结果高尿酸血症组糖尿病病程高于正常尿酸组,糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)低于正常尿酸组,糖尿病视网膜病变率高于正常尿酸组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=-2.31、2.78,χ2=7.76,P均<0.05)。糖尿病视网膜病变患者尿酸与糖尿病病程、Hb A1c呈正相关(r分别=0.26、0.27,P均<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者合并高尿酸血症与糖尿病视网膜病变关系密切,高尿酸是糖尿病视网膜病变的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and the diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid group based on the level of serum uric acid. The relationship between serum uric acid and diabetic retinopathy was studied. Results Compared with the normal uric acid group,the duration of diabetes of hyperuricemia group was significantly longer,the HbA1c was significantly lower and the morbidity of diabetic retinopathy was significantly higher （t=-2.31,2.78,χ2=7.76,P〈0.05）. The serum uric acid was positively correlated with the duration of diabetes and HbA1c in patients with diabetic retinopathy （r=0.26,0.27,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was a strong association between hyperuricemia and patients with diabetic retinopathy. Hyperuricemia was a risk factor for diabetic retinopathy.
