摘　　要：直流数字化电能表是开展直流输电计量计费、直流输电换流设备能量转换效率计量的重要设备。通过对IEC 61850标准的研究以及直流数字化电能表功能与用途的分析,详细说明了符合IEC 61850标准的直流数字化电能表分层信息和通信服务建模与实现方式。基于该模型设计的直流数字化电能表,已在浙江舟山柔性直流输电换流站中投入运行,运行结果表明,其完全满足直流数字化电能计量的要求。DC digital electric energy meter is the important equipment,which may achieve the billing of DC energy transmission metering,and metering of energy conversion efficiency of DC transmission conversion current equipment.By the study of IEC 61850 standard and the analysis of the function and usage of DC digital electric energy meter,this paper describes the layered information model and communication service model of DC digital electric energy meter in detail. The DC digital electric energy meter based on the design of this model has been running in the high voltage direct current flexible system of Zhoushan in Zhejiang province,and the operation results show that it can meet the demand of DC digital energy metering.
