摘 要:超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,UHMWPE)凭借其良好的拉伸强度、耐磨性、耐冲击性、化学稳定性、低密度等特性在骨科人工关节假体、骨科缝线和人工韧带等领域广泛应用。临床研究发现UHMWPE关节产品产生磨损颗粒所导致的骨质溶解是髋关节置换术后失败的主要原因,为此许多研究致力于提高它的耐磨性以及改善它的生物相容性。本文对UHMWPE在骨科的临床应用和基础研究相关进展作一综述。Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is applied generally in orthopedics for its good tensile strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical stability and low density. The application of UHMWPE mainly lies in joint prosthesis, orthopedic suture and artificial ligament. However, osteolysis triggered mainly by UHMWPE wear particles has been one of the major problems in total hip arthroplasty, a number of studies were carried out focusing on improve its wear resistence and biocompatibility in order to achieve better clinical performance. This article summarized the application and research advance of UHMWPE in orthopedics.
