摘  要:双主机驱动双CPP螺旋桨是目前三用工作船的主要推进方式,这些船舶主机一般都经齿轮箱同时驱动轴带发电机,作为船舶大负载的供应电源,轴带发电机作为推进电动机使用的实例很少。本文主要介绍和分析某艘船舶轴带发电机转变为推进电动机使用,实现单主机驱动双桨过程中,电机如何实现异步启动、同步运行及失步保护功能。通过这种设计在提高船舶设备利用率同时,大大提高了船舶低速航行的经济性和稳定性。Twin engine driven dual CPP propeller is main propulsion mode of the engineering ship at present. As a power supply for high load, the shaft generator is generally driven by the engine at the same gear box with cpp. Shaft generator as an example of the use of the propulsion motor is very few. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the transformation of a ship shaft generator to the propulsion motor, how to realize asynchronous start, synchronous operation and out of step protection function in the process of driving dual CPP propeller by single engine. With improving the utilization ratio of ship equipment, the economy and stability of the ship at low speed are greatly improved through this design improvement at the same time.
