摘　　要：目的:探讨酒精所致震颤谵妄的临床特点及护理对策。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的54例酒精所致震颤谵妄的发生因素、临床症状及护理对策。结果:影响酒精所致震颤谵妄发生的因素很多,农民、文化程度低、年龄大、饮酒年限长、饮酒量大的人群中发生的机会比其它人群明显偏高,精神症状以幻觉为主,躯体合并症多,恰当的护理措施可迅速缓解患者的症状。结论:酒精所致的震颤谵妄比较严重,针对酒精所致震颤谵妄的临床表现采取恰当的护理措施可迅速缓解患者的症状,促进患者早日康复。Objective： To investigate clinical feature and nursing countermeasures of alcohol dependence with delirium tremens.Methods： This study analyzed the influence factors,the clinical feature and nursing countermeasures of 54 cases with alcohol dependence with delirium tremens. Results： The major psychosis symptoms were perceived hallucinations,the body more complication. There are many factors to relate to delirium tremens,the patients who were farmers,low degree of culture,older,drinker for more years and large are easily to contract with delirium tremens. Proper nursing measures can rapidly relieve the patient’s symptoms. Conclusion：Alcohol dependence with delirium tremens is serious,For the clinical manifestations of delirium tremens due to use of alcohol to take appropriate nursing measures can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients the people. Promote the patient recover soon.
