摘  要:在高含硫气田集气站单井和外输天然气计量中多采用孔板差压计量,而五阀组是计量的主要元件。因此,对计量五阀组常见故障进行判断与处理是保证天然气计量准确无误的关键。本文根据中原油田普光气田生产现场实际情况针对高含硫气田计量五阀组常见故障及其原因进行了分析,总结了故障的常用判断与处理方法,对现场生产提供一定的参考意义。The natural gas measurement of single well and transportation uses the orifice flowmeter,one of differential pressure floemeters,in the gas-gathering station of high sulfur gasfield. The 5-valve manifold is the main measurement element. Therefore ,the common malfunctions of 5-valve manifold are judged and treated is the key to ensure that natural gas is accurately measured. According to the actual circumstance of Puguang gasfield production,I analyzed reasons of 5-valve manifold malfunctions,and summarized the commonly used judgement and treatment methods in this paper.It has certain reference meaning of production on the site.
