摘 要:以丙烯酸酯类为主要单体,端乙烯基有机硅大分子为接枝成份,采用乳液聚合方法制备了有机硅接枝的丙烯酸酯乳液隔离剂。讨论了端乙烯基有机硅大分子的相对分子质量、乙烯基含量以及添加量对接枝率和隔离性能的影响规律,并对比分析了几种不同有机硅大分子的性能差异。结果表明:当相对分子质量为18590、乙烯基含量为1%、用量占单体总量的20%时,隔离剂具有最佳的综合性能。The silicone grafted acrylate emulsion release agent was prepared by emulsion polymerization with acrylate as a main monomer and vinyl-terminated silicone macromolecules as graft component. The effects of molecular weight of vinyl-terminated silicone macromolecules, vinyl content and the adding amount on the grafting rate and isolation performance were discussed, and the difference of performances between several different silicone macromolecules were analyzed. The results showed that the release agent would have the optimal overall performance when the molecular weight was 18590, the vinyl content was 1% and the vinyl silicone macromolecules dosage was 20% of the total amount of monomers.
