摘 要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和含乙烯基的有机硅单体(KH-570)为主要原料,合成了乙烯基有机硅乳液,研究了组成、催化剂、乳化剂、反应温度、反应时间、合成工艺等因素对产品转化率、外观、相对分子质量等性能的影响。结果表明:催化剂可明显加快起始阶段的反应速度,乳化剂用量会影响乳液稳定性和聚合过程,乙烯基单体用量超过10%会产生絮状凝胶,相对分子质量随反应时间延长相应增大,反应温度为80℃、高速剪切乳化10min的条件下合成的乳液转化率高、稳定性好。The vinyl sificone emulsion was synthesized with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and KH-570 as main raw materials. The effects of compositions, catalyst, emulsifier, synthetic process and reaction temperature and time on the product conversion rate, appearance and molecular weight were studied. The results showed that the catalyst could accelerate the reaction rate significantly in the initial period; the emulsifier content would influence the stability and synthesis process of emulsion; the dosage of vinyl monomers would produce flake gelatin if it exceeded 10%; the molecular weight would be increasing along with the extension of reaction time. The silicon emulsions could achieve high convention rate and good stability when the reaction temperature was 80℃ and the high-speed shearing time was 10min.
