摘　　要：以纳米氧化铝为催化剂,混炼橡胶为增韧剂,制备了一种能够快速固化的酚醛树脂型胶黏剂。该胶黏剂180℃固化10min,具有良好的耐热性能,使用温度可以达到500℃,及良好的粘接性能。In this paper, for shortening the curing time of phenol-formaldehyde resin, the alumina was used as catalyst, mixed rubber as toughening agent to prepare the fast-curing phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive. After cured at 180℃ for 10min the fast-curing phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive has excellent heat resistance bonding properties which can be used at 500℃.
