摘　　要：2014年底,山东省实施了"海上粮仓"战略,水产养殖得到了飞速发展。整个社会对水产养殖人才尤其是应用型的人才需求迫切。从水产养殖人才培养的核心入手,通过对应用型模块课程群的建设、实践教学改革、产学研合作平台3个方面进行了有关内容设置、技术方法、考核标准等的内涵建设,提出了新形势下应用型人才培养的措施,希望能够为我国水产养殖学专业人才的培养提供思路和方法。In the end of year 2014, maritime barn strategy is applied in Shandong province, its aquaculture develope rapidly. It appeares huge challenges and great demand on the cultivation of applied talents of the whole society. From the core of aquaculture talents cultivation, laying emphasis on the three aspects, such as content setting, technology method, evaluation standard, through the construction of the application module curriculum group, practice teaching reform and industryuniversity-research cooperative platform, will put forward the way and measures to applied talent training under the new situation. That will orovide ideas and methods for the cultivation of professional aquaculture talents in China.
