摘　　要：高等教育评估是社会和国家对高校实施监督和宏观调控的一种手段,是提高高等教育质量的一个重要环节,对于调整高等教育体系、提高教育质量和办学效益、发展高等教育事业具有十分重要的意义。高校教学实验室评估作为高等教育评估中一个相对独立的子系统,是高等教育评估的重要组成部分,是加强实验室建设、深化实验教学改革、推动高等教育健康有序发展必不可少的环节,是高校改善整体办学条件的重要措施和手段。Higher education evaluation is a means of macroeconomic regulation and control on university under the supervision of society and country, is an important part to improve the quality of higher education, is of great significance to adjust the higher education system, improve the education quality and managerial benefit, develop higher education cause. Higher university teaching laboratory evaluation as a relatively independent subsystem of the higher education evaluation, is an important part of higher education evaluation, is essential link to strengthen the construction of laboratory, deepening the reform of experimental teaching and promote healthy and orderly development of higher education, is the important measure to improve overall educational condition and means.
