摘  要:用改性剂对磷石膏进行改性处理后作为水泥调凝剂,研究改性剂掺量对磷石膏的流动性、可溶性磷和氟含量、水泥物理性能及与减水剂相容性的影响,并对改性前后的磷石膏做了微观测试分析。结果表明,随改性剂掺量的增加,磷石膏流动性增加,可溶性磷、氟含量降低,水泥凝结时间缩短。在改性剂掺量为3%时,休止角可减小7°,可溶性磷基本消除,可溶性氟含量降低77%。掺改性磷石膏的水泥3d、28d强度高于掺天然石膏的水泥。微观分析显示,磷石膏经改性后,杂质减少,晶型更为完整。The effect of modifying agent content on fluidity of phosphogypsum, soluble phosphorus content and soluble fluoride content in phosphogypsum were studied, and the effect of modifying agent content on physical properties of cement and compatibility of cement and water retarder were also studied. The microscopic test of unmodified phosphogypsum and modified phosphogypsum were analyzed. The results showed that the fluidity of phosphogypsum would improve, the soluble phosphorus content and soluble fluoride content in phosphogypsum would reduce, and the setting time of cement would reduce with the increasing of modifying agent content. When the modifying agent content was 3%, the angle of repose would decrease 7°, the soluble phosphorus would eliminate, and soluble fluoride content would reduce 77%. The 3d strength and 28d strength of the cement added modified phosphogypsum were higher than that of cement added natural gypsum. The microscopic analysis showed that the impurity in modified phosphogypsum would reduce and crystal form of modified phosphogypsmn would more complete.
