摘　　要：在构建完善中国特色军事法治体系的背景下,编纂军事法典不仅暗含了提高军事立法技术、完善军事法规制度体系的价值,更具有增进军事法实施、提高军事法部门法地位等价值。在全面梳理军事法规制度建设成就和问题基础上,加强编纂军事法典的理论研究,并以统一军事法典为目标指引军事立法实践,对于构建完善中国特色军事法治体系、促进中国军事法的发展具有重要意义。Under the background of building the military rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, compiling the military code not only implies raising the military legislative technique and value of perfecting military law regulation system, but also improves the military law implementation and the position of military legal operation de- partment. Strengthening the theoretical research of compiling the military code and building the military law guided by code have important meaning to construct the military rule of law system with Chinese characteristics and promote the development of military law of China.
