摘 要:为保证销钉位置的精准性,提出了销孔配打装置方案。采用数控回转台,实现集送料、定位、夹紧、钻模为一体的半自动化生产,使配打销孔一次合格率由原来70%提高到100%,解决原有高度依赖人工技能以及销孔易返修、钻头易折断等问题,从而保证销钉在小电机轴上位置精确,使小电机轴与小齿轮配合精准。In order to ensure the accuracy of the pin position, a pin hole matching device program is proposed. The CNC rotary table is used to realize the semi-automatic production of feeding, positioning, clamping and drilling. The qualified rate of the first-time pin hole is increased from 70% to 100%. The original technology is highly dependent on artificial skill, the pin hole is easy to repair, and the drill bit is easy to break. The program resolves the issues, so as to ensure the precision of pin position in the small motor shaft precision, as well as the precise matching of small motor shaft and pinion.
