摘　　要：海外移民创业网络与东道国集群网络的协同共生是在"走出去"战略中赢得主动的重要举措。借鉴社会网络理论的分析框架,采用案例研究方法,挖掘海外移民创业网络嵌入现象背后的线索链,对网络间的协同及融合程度进行评价,探究移民创业网络和东道国产业集群网络在演化进程中呈现的嵌入特征,揭示"走进去"过程中移民创业网络与东道国集群网络在演化过程中的协同与错位现象,为在"走下去"的进程中获得执行力提供有力保障。The mutualistic symbiosis between overseas emigrant entrepreneurial network and cluster network in host country is very important to gain the initiative in the going-out strategy. Based on social networking,this paper presents the development path of overseas emigrant entrepreneurial network,and the symbiotic co-evolution of overseas emigrant entrepreneurial network and cluster network in host country. We use case study to excavate the clue chain of dislocation in the evolution periods as well as the degree of synergistic evolution in the embeddedness process. The findings of this study have theoretical implications for research pertaining to emigrant entrepreneurial network and cluster network in host country,while the practical implications for the going-out strategy.
