右归胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮对肾阳虚型PADAM患者生活质量的影响  

Effect of “Yougui Capsule” Combined with Testosterone Undecanoate of Small Dose on Life Quality of Patients with PADAM of Kidney-yang Deficiency Type

摘　　要：目的:观察右归胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮对肾阳虚型老年男性雄激素部分缺乏综合征(PADAM)患者生活质量的影响。方法:纳入肾阳虚型PADAM患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,对照组给予小剂量十一酸睾酮口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用右归胶囊口服,疗程为1个月。比较治疗前后两组患者的《中老年男子睾酮部分缺乏症状自我测量表》(ISS)评分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、压力知觉量表(PSS)评分及健康相关生活质量量表(SF-12)躯体、精神评分,同时对治疗的安全性进行评估。结果:治疗后,两组患者的ISS血管+体能症状、精神症状评分及总分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者的性方面症状评分较治疗前亦显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的血管+体能症状、精神症状、性方面症状评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的HADS焦虑、抑郁评分及PSS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的HADS焦虑、抑郁评分及PSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的SF-12躯体、精神部分评分较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗全程两组患者均未发生不良反应事件。结论:右归胶囊联合小剂量睾酮能够有效改善肾阳虚型PADAM患者的生活质量,减轻其心理负担,且安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the effect of＂Yougui Capsule＂combined with testosterone undecanoate of small dose on the life quality of patients with partial androgen deficiency in the aging male（ PADAM） of kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods： Ninety patients with PADAM of kidney-yang deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（ 45 cases） and control group（ 45 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with testosterone undecanoate of small dose orally and the patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂Yougui Capsule ＂ combined with testosterone undecanoate of small dose orally,with a course of one month. The scores of PADAM symptom scale（ ISS）,hospital anxiety and depression scale（ HADS）,perceived stress scale（ PSS） and the physical and mental parts of life quality scale related health（ SF-12） were assessed before and after treatment,meanwhile,the safety of treatment was evaluated. Results： After treatment,the blood vessel ＋ physical symptom scores,mental symptom scores and the total scores of ISS in both groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,the sexual symptom scores of ISS in the treatment group were obviously decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the blood vessel ＋ physical symptom scores,mental symptom scores,sexual symptom scores and the total scores of ISS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of HADS and the PSS scores in the treatment group were markedly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the anxiety and depression scores of HADS and the PSS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of physical and mental parts of SF-12 in the treatment group were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.
