摘  要:虽然肿瘤化疗药物在不断更新和发展,但是肿瘤患者的病死率仍然居高不下,其主要原因是肿瘤患者对化疗药物产生了多药耐药(MDR)。研究表明,PI3K/AKT信号通路的异常激活与肿瘤MDR的形成高度相关,因此PI3K/AKT信号通路抑制剂也一度成为逆转肿瘤MDR最有希望的药物,但因毒性大、副反应多其临床应用价值较低。近年来,有很多研究发现PI3K/AKT信号通路是一些中药调控MDR的靶点,如姜黄素、汉黄芩素、吴茱萸碱、白藜芦醇、补骨脂素、雷公藤内酯醇及左金丸、健脾解毒方、解毒胶囊、补中益气汤、益气除痰方等中药单体或复方可通过PI3K/AKT信号通路逆转肿瘤MDR,并且有增强化疗药物的疗效、减轻毒副反应等功效。The mortality rate of tumor patients is still high although chemotherapy drugs are continuously updated and developed. The main reason is the multi-drug resistance( MDR) in these tumor patients. The recent studies indicate that abnormal activation of PI3 K / AKT pathway is highly correlated with the formation of tumor MDR. The inhibitor of PI3 K / AKT signaling pathway once become to be one of the most promising drugs for reversing tumor MDR,but its clinical application value is low because of toxicity and side effects. In recent years,many studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)can regulate MDR via PI3 K / AKT signaling pathway as target. Some TCM formula and monomer,such as curcumin,wogonin,evodiamine, resveratrol, psoralen, triptolide and Zuojin Pill, Jianpi Jiedu Prescription, Jiedu Capsule, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Yiqi Chutan Prescription,can reverse tumor MDR through the regulation of PI3 K / AKT signal pathway,which enhance the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy drugs and reduce the toxicity and side effects.
