摘　　要：分析2016年4月新钢2 500 m3高炉长期休风后炉况恢复时间过长的原因,采取提高焦炭品质、优化布料矩阵、加强炉外出铁和炉温控制等措施后,炉况得到了稳定。The causes of much long recovery time after long - term damping down are analyzed for 2500 m^3 blast furnace in Xinyu Steel in April 2016. The measures like： to improve the coke quality, optimizing distribution matrix, strengthening the external discharge and temperature control, are taken and the furnace condition are stable.
