摘　　要：介绍新钢冷轧连续退火炉炉辊结瘤的形貌特点,对炉辊的粘附型结瘤、反应型结瘤的形成机理及产生原因进行分析,采取相应的控制措施后炉辊结瘤现象得到了有效控制。This paper introduces the morphological characteristics of continuous annealing furnace of cold rolled steel and nodulation, adhesion of the furnace roll nodulation, reaction type node causes are analyzed and the formation mechanism of it. The corresponding control measures are taken, the furnace roller nodulation phenomenon has been effectively controlled.
