摘　　要：目的探讨继发性肺结核患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+Tregs细胞亚群的水平。方法随机收集2013年8月至2015年6月就诊的住院或门诊继发性肺结核患者共132例,其中耐药继发性肺结核70例,非耐药继发性肺结核62例,并收集165例健康体检人群。采用流式细胞术检测三组对象外周血中CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+Tregs细胞表达水平。结果耐药继发性肺结核组外周血中CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+Tregs表达水平为(17.3±1.92)%,非耐药继发性肺结核组为(12.7±2.06)%,健康人群组为(5.96±2.85)%,三组表达水平之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论继发性肺结核患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+FoxP3^+Tregs细胞表达水平明显增高,这可能与继发性肺结核的发生和发展有密切关系,对其诊断和治疗有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression level of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋FoxP3^＋Treg cells in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 132 patients from August 2013 to June 2015 with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis were collected,including 70 cases with drug resistance and 62 cases without drug resistance,and 165 cases of healthy patients were also collected.Flow cytometry test was performed to observe peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋FoxP3^＋Treg cells and the differences between the three sets were compared.Results The expression level of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋FoxP3^＋Treg cells in patients with secondary drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis group was 17.3%±1.92%,non resistant secondary pulmonary tuberculosis group 12.7%±2.06%,healthy people group 5.96%±2.85%.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression level of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋FoxP3^＋Treg cells in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis is high,and this may be related to the occurrence and development of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis.
