萃取精馏分离乙腈-正丙醇混合物模拟研究

摘  要:利用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件采用萃取精馏法,以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为萃取剂,对乙腈-正丙醇的分离进行模拟研究。最优工艺条件:萃取精馏塔理论板数45,混合物进料位置37,萃取剂进料位置3,回流比1.8,溶剂比7;溶剂回收塔理论板数17,进料位置7,回流比1.6。在上述条件下得到乙腈和正丙醇质量分数分别为99.81%和99.22%。Aspen Plus chemical process simulation software was used to simulate the separation of acetonitrile and n - propanolusing extractive distillation method with 1,4 -butanediol (BDO) as the extraction agent. The optimized parameters were asfollows: in the extractive distillation column, .the number of theory plate was 45, the feed stage of the mixture was 37, the feedstage of BDO was 3, the reflux ratio was 1.8, the ratio of solvent was 7, in the solvent recovery column, the number of theoryplate was 17, the feed stage was 7, the reflux ratio was 1.6. The mass fraction of acetonitrile and n - propanol was 99.81% and99.22%.
