摘　　要：果蔬是人们日常消费必需品,果蔬产业在农业产业结构中占重要的地位,文章致力于农产品流通环节的优化研究,基于供应链视角,以苹果为例运用集装化方式对整个流程进行优化,根据消费者购买习惯以及各类包装属性进行分析,结合国家标准,提出苹果分级指标,并设计一种适合果蔬农产品集装化流通加工的系统,以减少农产品在采摘、运输、存储等环节出现的问题,达到降低流通成本的目标。Fruits and vegetables are people daily consumer staples, and its structure play an important role in the agricultural in- dustry structure. My paper devoted to the research of Circulation of agricultural products, based on the perspective of supply chain, take apple for example, using the unitized way to optimize the whole process. Analyzing the packaging attributes, and based on the consumer buying habits and national standard, this paper puts forward an apple grading index, and design a suit- able system the unitized circulation of agrieuhural products processing Of fruit and vegetable to reduce agricultural products in picking the problem, transportation, storage, and to reduce the circulation costs.
