美国校车运行对江苏省的启示

摘　　要：江苏省在校车管理方面取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在着很多的问题,文章在分析江苏省校车所存在问题的基础上,详细分析美国校车的现状及先进措施,并从立法执法、驾驶员的选用和培训、资金投入、管理方式以及安全教育等方面阐述了江苏省校车运行的改善措施,为校车安全、有效的运行提供依据。Although certain achievements about school bus management had been obtain in Jiangsu, there are still many problems ＂about it. Based on the analysis cff problems in Jiang- su, the detailed analysis of the status quo and advanced mea- sures of school bus in American are analyzed in detail, and then the improvement measures of school bus management in Jiangsu including the legislation, law enforcement, driver se- lection and training, funding and safety education are put forward, which provide the basis for the safe and effective run- ning of the school bus in Jiangsu.
