摘 要:本文介绍了能将难溶难吸收的磷酸盐转为可吸收利用的可溶性物质解磷菌的大体概况.着重研究了解磷微生物的解磷机理其不同菌种的研究进展,如葡糖醋杆菌qzr14、K3菌株、盐碱地高效解磷菌、地衣芽杆菌PS-1、解磷真菌的解磷机理.解磷菌在农业和环境修复方面的应用广泛,在农业上可制成肥料,将农业固体废弃物得到转化利用,环境修复方面对土壤的重金属进行固定,改善土壤酸化,也可以对水体中沉积物进行降解,改善水体污染.但是,目前解磷菌的机理研究及其应用尚不全面,本文对解磷菌做出了一些总结.This article describes the undissolved difficult absorption of phosphate translates into the absorption and utilization of soluble phosphate and its general situation,such as its type,distribution and phosphate-solubilizing ability. It emphatically studies the phosphate- solubilizing mechanisms of phosphate- solubilizing microorganisms,and the research progress of different species,for example qzr14,K3,efficient saline- alkali phosphate- solubilizing bacteria,PS- 1,and phosphate- solubilizing fungal phosphate- solubilizing mechanisms. In addition,phosphate- solubilizing bacteria widely used on agricultural and environmental restoration has a significant meaning,like it made into fertilizer on agricultural,used agricultural solid wastes,soil heavy metal were fixed on environmental restoration,improved the soil acidification,and degraded sediment in the water,and improve water pollution. But,the study of the mechanism of the phosphate- solubilizing bacteria and it s application was not yet fully at present. In this paper we made some summary about it.
