针灸镇痛的临床应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对针灸治疗多种疼痛的临床疗效进行观察分析。方法选取我院收治的70例疼痛患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用布洛芬胶囊治疗,观察组采用针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的疼痛指数、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛指数均明显下降,且观察组患者下降幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.71%、17.14%,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸治疗多种疼痛能够减轻患者的疼痛,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of kinds of pain. Methods Seventy cases of patients with pain in our hospital were selected as the research objects, according to different treatment methods, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 eases in each group. The control group was treated with ibuprofen, the observation group was given acupuncture. The pain index, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the pain index of the two groups all decreased, the patients in observation group decreased much more significantly than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than 77.14% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction rate in the observation group and control group were respectively 5.71% and 17.14%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of a variety of pain can reduce the pain and the incidence of adverse reactions for patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
