优质护理对骨科人工关节置换患者的临床护理效果

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的50例行人工关节置换术的患者按不同护理干预方法分研究组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者给予优质护理服务模式进行护理干预,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果研究组患者在进行临床优质护理服务模式护理干预后,临床疗效、护理效果及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床人工关节置换患者护理中,应用优质护理服务模式进行护理干预,不仅能提升临床疗效,还可改善患者临床护理依从性,降低并发症发生率,发挥积极护理效果。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of high quality nursing service mode for the artificial joint replacement patients. Methods Fifty cases of patients with artificial joint replacement in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group according to different methods of nursing intervention, with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, while the patients in the study group received high quality nursing service mode. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After using high quality nursing service, the clinical effect, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using high quality nursing service mode for the artificial joint replacement patients can not only improve the clinical effect, but also enhance the clinical nursing compliance. It can reduce the incidence of complications and play an active nursing effect.
