摘  要:目的探讨肠内营养与肠外营养对急性重症胰腺炎患者早期营养支持中的临床效果。方法选择本院临床资料齐全的重症急性胰腺炎患者86例,根据营养支持手段的不同分为EN组(44例)和PN组(42例),比较2组患者的临床治疗情况及各项生化指标。结果 EN组住院时间、住院费用、感染率及并发症率显著低于PN组(P<0.05),治疗后EN组和PN组WBC、CRP、内毒素、IgA、IgG、IgM水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与肠外营养相比,肠内营养可以减少肠源性感染及其他并发症的发生率,有效改善患者机体免疫能力,加快症状恢复,从而缩短病患住院时间降低医疗总费用。Objective To compare clinical effect of early enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition( PN) on early nutrition support for patients with severe acute pancreatitis( SAP).Methods A total of 86 SAP patients who admitted in Hai Kou hospital were divided into EN( 44 cases) and PN( 42 cases) groups according to nutritional? support. Clinical treatment and biochemical indices of two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,infection rate and complication rate in the EN group were significantly lower than that of PN group( P 〈 0. 05). After treatment,The WBC,CRP,endotoxin,Ig A,Ig G,Ig M levels of two groups showed statistically significant differences( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with PN,EN can reduce the incidence of intestinal infection and other complications,effectively improve the immune function of patients,speed up recovery,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the total medical expenses.
