护理干预对直肠癌术后造口患者生存及生活质量改善分析

摘　　要：目的护理干预对直肠癌术后造口患者生存、生活质量改善分析研究。方法选择100例直肠癌患者进行研究,所有患者均进行肠造口术,根据护理方式的不同,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合系统护理,对干预后2组患者的生存、生活质量进行比较。结果对照组的死亡率、住院时间、并发症发生率高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度、生存、生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌术后造口患者采用综合护理干预,能改善生存、生活质量,降低并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To analyze nursing intervention on improvement of survival and quality of life of patients with rectal cancer after operation. Methods A total of 100 patients underwent colostomy with rectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with 50 cases and observation group with 50 cases,two groups underwent routine nursing,observation group was additional given systematic nursing,survival and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention,mortality,length of stay and complication rate of the control group were higher than those in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the degree of satisfaction,survival and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient’ s quality of life,and reduce complication rate,so it is worthy of promotion.
