摘 要:自1974年Friedenstein等首次发现并分离出兔骨髓间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)以来,MSC的基础和临床研究均有一定的进展,尤其是MSC具有免疫调控功能的发现突破了最初仅注重其在多向分化和再生功能方面研究的局限,为MSC的研究开辟了新方向。近年来,MSC在炎症中的作用备受关注,MSC在不同的局部微环境中可呈现出抗炎/促炎的可塑性,并可通过调节固有免疫和适应性免疫重塑局部炎症反应,实现免疫稳态。现就MSC免疫调控作用可塑性及机制方面的研究进展作一综述。Since mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) were firstly isolated and identified by Friedenstein from rabbit bone marrow in 1974,since then a great progress was made on basic and clinical research about MSC. Besides,the multilineage differentiation and regeneration function was initially characterized on MSC,immunoregulatory plasticity of MSC was uncovered and it paved a new way for its development. Recently,MSC can adopt either proinflammatory or anti-inflammatory phenotype in different local microenvironment to maintain the tissue homeostasis by regulating the innate and adaptive immune responses. In this review,we summarized the recent progress on the immunomodulatory plasticity of MSC and its mechanisms.
