煤沥青与丙脱渣油性能结构分析

摘  要:采用族组成分析、红外光谱(FI-IRI)、核磁共振(NMR)等研究手段,对煤沥青和丙脱渣油的组成结构进行研究,结果表明:煤沥青与丙脱渣油在稠环芳烃区都有三个平行的红外特征峰(750,810,870 cm^(-1)),且三个吸收峰的强度相近;FI-IR和NMR测试都表明,煤沥青和丙脱渣油的支链比例差别很大,丙脱渣油分子上含有较少的甲基支链,但是它的支链比煤沥青长很多,非芳香碳占总碳原子的71.41%,煤沥青分子上支链较多,但都比较短,非芳香碳占总碳原子的31.75%。The composition and structure of coal tar pitch and propane deasphahed resid were studied by means of group composition analysis, infrared spectroscopy ( FI - IRI), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and other research methods. The results showed that there are three parallel infrared characteristic peaks (750, 810, 870 cm -1 ) in both coal tar pitch and propane deasphahed resid, and the intensity Of the three absorption peaks are similar. The branched ratio of coal tar pitch and propane deasphalted resid is very differ- ent by FI - IR and NMR tests. Propane deasphalted resid has less methyl branch, thus its branch chain is much longer than that of coal tar pitch, and non -aromatic carbon accounts for 71. 41% of the total carbon atoms. The branch chain of coal 'tar pitch is more, thus it is relatively short, and non - aromatic carbon ac- counts for 31. 75% of the total carbon atoms.
