摘　　要：近些年来,我国城市用地规模一直随着城市化速度加快而不断扩大.然而很多城市规模扩大并没有提高城市的规模经济效益,反而造成城市土地不合理利用,阻碍了城市可持续发展.针对城市用地突出问题,学者们做了大量研究.通过梳理已有相关文献,从城市用地规模影响因素、城市合理用地规模及评价、城市用地规模预测方法、以及城市用地极限规模等方面进行综述,并在此基础上进行研究展望,以期为后期城市规模深化研究提供参考.In recent years, urban land scale However, in many cities, urban land expansion did has been expanding with the accelerated pace of urbanization. not improve the economic benefit, but caused unreasonable use of urban land and hindered the urban sustainable development. Aiming at urban land problems, scholars have done a lot of research. By analyzing the existing literature, the paper reviewed the relevant literature from the factors affecting urban land scale, urban rational scale and evaluation, urban land scale prediction method, limit of urban land scale and so on. Then the paper gives a perspective in order to provide reference for further research of city scale later.
