摘  要:以黄冠梨种子为试验材料,采用不同方式对种子进行处理,研究不同处理对其打破休眠的影响,结果表明,低温30d可使自然贮藏1 a的黄冠种子发芽率达90.5%,当年采收新种子发芽率15.6%;当年采收种子去皮后发芽率达72%;单独使用GA3和6-BA均能提高黄冠种子的发芽率,不能完全打破种子休眠;4℃低温20d以上GA3和6-BA可使种子发芽率分别达51.66%和90.47%,6-BA浸泡后4℃低温20d可有效解除种子休眠。The experiments studied the effect on breaking dormancy with different disposal taking the huang guan pear seeds as the example. The result showed that the germination rate of seeds which had been stored one year naturally reached 90.5% with 30 days chilling and it was above 15.6% on seeds which harvested this year. The germination percentage of the non - peels seed which harvested this year is 72%. GA3 and 6 - BA both promote seed germination, but can not completely break the seed dormancy. GA3 and 6 - BA with 4% cold stratification for 20d could increases the germination percentages of seed up to 51.66% and 90.47%. 6 - BA soaking that combined with 4% cold stratification for 20d could effectively break the seed dormancy.
