摘 要:本文根据模糊数学的基本概念,提出一种解决船舶技术经济论证中多指标、多状态下方案排序和优选问题的二级模糊综合评判方法。可使评判中的主观意愿、经验等含有模糊因素的信息解析化、定量化。文中论述了该方法的具体步骤,并以示例加以说明。The problem of ship technical and economic analysis can be stated as: In a scheme set V= (V1,V2,…,VK), according to a certain evaluating criterion such as the ship type, route and task, after optimization and sequencing, a satisfactory scheme is chosen, where VK is described by an index set u = {u1,u2,…,um} and constrained by a state set θ = {θ1,θ2,…,θN}. A two-stage fuzzy comprehensive valuating method is proposed for the optimization and sequencing of such a multipurpose and multi-state problem. The fuzzy factors such as 'experiences' and 'views' during evaluation can be made analytic and quantified. Detailed procedures are discussed and explained with an example.
