摘  要:TBM作为机械、液压、电气、地质等诸多学科知识于一体的重大设备,以实现岩土开挖、渣土运输、支护衬砌以及推进换步等掘进工作,已广泛应用于铁路施工、城市交通、水利工程等大型工程中。随着TBM技术广泛应用,相关工程事故时有发生。利用虚拟现实技术,构建TBM事故仿真,是高效低成本提高员工事故处理能力的现代化培训方式。本文通过Unity3D构建TBM仿真虚拟环境,结合3Dmax等三维建模软件,开发了包含TBM事故预防和TBM主机故障处理两大模块的TBM事故处理虚拟仿真培训系统。实践证明,该系统能充分调动受训者多感官互动,受训效果成倍提高,具有极强的推广价值。TBM is a large equipment, which integrates many disciplines, such as machinery, hydraulics, electric and geology. It takes on a variety of excavation tasks like rock and soil excavation, sediment transport, lining supports and driving. This machine has been extensively applied to railway construction, urban traffic, hydraulic engineering and other large construction projects. As the TBM technology is widely used, the relevant engineering accidents oc- curred from time to time. Using advanced virtual reality to simulate TBM accident is an efficient way to improve em- ployees' ability of handling accident. This paper builds a simulation training system for "IBM accident treatment with 3d Max and Unity3D. The practice has proved that the system can fully mobilize the trainees' multisensory interaction and multiply the training effect. For these reasons, simulation training system for TBM accident treatment possesses an enormous promotional value.
