煤矿企业内部安全监管的演化博弈分析

摘　　要：本文通过对煤矿企业内部安全监管机制进行分析,基于有限理性和复制动态方程,建立煤矿企业安全管理人员与一线职工安全监管的演化博弈模型。通过对模型的分析认为,在内部安全监管中应该注意动态管理,注意加强员工的教育以增强煤矿企业生产的安全性。This paper analyzes the internal security supervision of coal mine enterprises, based on the bounded ratio- uality and the dynamic equations, we establish the evolutionary game model of the safety supervisors and the front line workers in coal mine enterprises. Through an analysis of the model, we suggest that we should pay more attention to the initial state, and increase the safety education in order to enhance the production safety of coal mining enterprises.
