单孔后腹腔镜与标准后腹腔镜肾切除术疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨对比使用单孔后腹腔镜与标准后腹腔镜用于肾切除术的临床效果,评价手术的实用性以及安全性。方法 76例出现了一侧无功能肾需要进行肾切除手术的患者,按照患者就诊的先后,在遵从患者知情同意的前提下将患者分为治疗组和对照组各38例,对治疗组的患者使用单孔后腹腔镜肾切除术,而对照组的患者使用标准后腹腔镜肾切除术,对比两组患者的手术成功率,术中出血量以及术后康复、术后并发症发生的比率等多种情况。结果两组患者当中分别有3例和4例患者中转开放手术;两组患者的手术时间、术中出血、术后引流量、肠道恢复时间以及住院的时间等各个方面对比均无显著的差异性(P>0.05);治疗组术后疼痛评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者的满意度以及术后伤口美观度对比,治疗组的患者要高于对照组。结论单孔后腹腔镜肾切除术是一种安全有效的手术治疗方案,术后疼痛轻,切口美观,满意度高。Objective To compare the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic standard nephrectomy, and assess the practicality and security of the surgical. Methods single-site nephrectomy with According to the registration order,76 patients need to make kidney nephrectomy surgery during 2011.2 -2015.5 were divided into treatment group and control group ,38 cases per group, treatment group used retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site nephrec- tomy, while control group used standard retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy, then comparative study the surgical success rate,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative rehabilitation and post-operative complications rate. Results Of the two groups,there were 3 patients and 4 patients who were transferred to open surgery. No significant differences were found in operation time, intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pital time between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The postoperative pain group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic gical treatment programe. After the operation, the pain is light, the drainage volume,intestinal recovery time and hos- score of treatment was better than those of control single-site nephrectomy is a safe and effective sur- incision is beautiful, and the satisfaction is high.
