摘　　要：正确使用多风道煤粉燃烧器,直接影响窑内形成的火焰形状,进而影响预分解窑的产质量等多项指标。文章总结了四风道煤粉燃烧器喷煤管方位的调节与控制方法,以及各风道风量的调节与控制方法,分析了其喷煤管、风道、耐火材料等部位的常见故障与处理措施。Correct use of coal burner with multiple air ducts directly effects on formation of the flame shape in the kiln, and thus affects the quality and production of precalcining kiln.This paper summarizes the adjustment and control methods of coal-injection duct in coal burner and the regulation and control method of air flow rate in the duct, analyzes its common faults and processing measures of coal-injection duct, air duct, refractory materials.
